Positive: First appearance great. Nice style.
Negative: The white sheets had a small blood stain that shouldn’t have been there. The blinds were dirty. No kleenex and no alarm clock.

Positive: Thanks Molly & C.J for hosting us. The room was so cute, and so perfect! 😊 We felt like at home ! Room and bathroom very clean, (natural soaps, we love!). Room in a very quiet location (no train, no traffic, we appreciate so much!) It was nice to meet C.J for some advices on walking trails… and maybe a next visit in France with family 😉 Meet several deers just right down the room, on the beach at sunset 🤩. Amazing ! We recommend +++

Positive: The owner was very friendly and gave us many tips to explore Ucluelet (plus he had a cute dog!). It was very clean and we had all we needed, even a coffee machine is in the room. It's small but very cute! When we go to Ucluelet again, we will definitely come back!

Negative: Would have liked lounging options, needing more room, of course. We had fine weather so the outside chairs were sufficient, but a bit wetter and colder we would be limited to the bed. Good for a bivouac!

Positive: Molly was very welcoming, even though she didn't need to invite me to the Suite, (there was a glitch in the Booking website that made it difficult to complete instructions on which suite I was staying in). She came down to show me around and explain the area and facility. Lovely, comfortable suite, a very short walk to a quite little cove where I went to relax and clear the road trip off my mind. Peaceful, quiet, even though it was a family home, I didn't notice that at all. I slept like a baby in the very comfortable bed and LOVED the local toiletries. I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you Molly! 'You made my stay!' I highly recommend Sounds of the Sea!
Negative: My one and only suggestion - little creamers for the coffee. Since there is a small fridge available - a little reusable jar of 1/2 and 1/2 or those little creamers that you can get would have been amazing! Nothing better than a little java in the morning sun with the ocean breeze on your face, right! Molly had powdered milk which is a great alternative, but I'm kind of spoiled for my morning creamy coffee.
Summary: Friendly, comfortable, very close to town and activities and I highly recommend Sounds of the Sea!
